I bought tickets on Fandango.com for the new Harry Potter movie for 12:01 in the morning. My little sister told me she wanted to bring a friend, so I got back on to buy a ticket for her and it turns out they’re sold out for 12:01 but still have tickets for the 12:05 showing. It’s just in a different theater but I don’t want her friend to be by herself.
Would I be able to swap my little sister’s 12:01 ticket for a 12:05 ticket on fandango or through Cinemark? Or am I not able to do this at all?

Can you buy movie tickets ahead of time at a movie theater or can you only do that online?

I am planning on seeing a movie on the 22nd and wanted to buy tickets ahead of time like this wednesday or something but i am not sure if you can buy the tickets ahead of time at the movie theater or if you have to do that online..? also if you can buy tickets in advance how early in advance are you able to get them?
In Saving Private Ryan, would a soldier like Sergeant Horvath take the time to throw his helmet?

In Saving Private Ryan, near the end, (after Mellish gets stabbed) A german and Sergeant Horvath meat, the German yells **** or something and throws his helmet at Horvath, instead of firing back, Horvath drops his weapon and throws his helmet back, then they proceed to pull out there sidearms. My question is, would soldiers really take the time to do this? And did this/could something like this actually happen?
What do you think about the movie avatar about to become the number 1 grosing movie of all time?

Avatar is only about 4 million dollars away from number 1, titanic. it was made by the same creator and many people think it can be number 1. Did u think this movie was that good? I think that avatar was good, but i never thought it was good enough to be the number 1 grossing movie of all time
Doesn’t Anyone Spend Time With Their Families Anymore?

I am absolutely amazed at the number of people on here asking what they should buy for their families. It’s different if it’s maybe a mother, who has a vague idea what her teenage children are into but needs advice on particular products like album titles, new releases etc. She’s done a bit of background already but needs a few pointers, it’s NORMAL for parents to be a little out of touch with the latest fads and trends.
What I DON’T get is people coming on and asking “What do I get my boyfriend/cousin/sister?” when no-one here knows anything about them, their interests, their hobbies, their needs etc. If their own family doesn’t take the trouble to get to know them or put some thought into their gifts then why the hell should we?
