Me andmy friends are 16. If we buy tickets online for a rated r movie will they ID us? If they do then what if our parents bought them at the door for us would they need to come watch the movie with us or just need to buy the tickets and we go? Thanks in advance!

I am very excited for New Moon to come out but I really want to buy my movie tickets ahead without buying them online.
Can I go to the theater that I am planning on seeing it at and buy them (only up to 2 tickets) ahead of time (meaning sometime this week)?

I am planning on seeing a movie on the 22nd and wanted to buy tickets ahead of time like this wednesday or something but i am not sure if you can buy the tickets ahead of time at the movie theater or if you have to do that online..? also if you can buy tickets in advance how early in advance are you able to get them?

i want to buy new moon tickets now, cause i heard its going to be impossible with the lines on opening weekend.i know it prob sounds like a stupid question, but i cant figure it out! btw, i want to go to buckland hills cinemas in CT. if that helps anything. thank you so much for any answers!
