I bought tickets to a movie online and it says i can go to the cornelius cinemas box office to get them, is the box office in the theater or is it a completely different place? And regular business hours is anytime there open right?
Is there exceptions to the Cinemark no-refud rule?

I purchased a ticket for a Cinemark movie online, but for the wrong theatre. I did not use the tickets i purchased. I understand cinemark has no refunds, but do i qualify for an exception?

Ok so me and all my friends are going to see jackass 3-D tomorrow night and we are all over the age of 17 except for our one friend (he is 15) We had an idea for him to buy his ticket online so he doesn’t get carded for it when we buy them at the move theater, but i thought maybe they still might card he when he shows them the ticket, any suggestions on how we can get him in without ruining the movie for the rest of us?? And don’t suggest buying another ticket, cause there is always a dude at the door to the movie to check tickets again.

most of us 14 and we live in NJ
and we are watching paranormal activity 2 tmrw
and we all have our parents permission and but our parents can’t come with us
