Blue is the biggest Bollywood film ever

Blue stars Akshay Kumar, Sanjay Dutt, Zayed Khan, Lara Dutta and Katrina Kaif and is an underwater thriller that features three friends searching for lost treasure in the deep blue sea. Blue boasts of a massive Rs 100 crore production budget, with a bunch of international crew members and Indias Oscar winners AR Rahman and Resul Pookutty. The films cinematography is by Pete Zuccarini (Pirates of the Caribbean), action direction by James Bomalick (Indiana Jones). Blue has been shot underwater in Bahamas and also in Bangkok. Blue will release in the year 2009.The movie is yet to release but its first look has captivated everybody round the world. The movie bets to blow everybodys mind as it has used elements from both, Bollywood and Hollywoodtake a look!

The Hurt Locker, a film following the fortunes of a bomb disposal team in Iraq, has received nine academy award nominations for an Oscar, including one for best picture and director, and is considered a favourite in both categories. While there has been no shortage of critical acclaim for the film, it has not had the same success at the box office. Making just $12m in the US and another $6m overseas, if the Hurt Locker wins an Oscar it would be one of the lowest-grossing winners ever.
