Is indecent exposure illegal and can indecent exposure s end a person to jail?
Tonight I’ve asked a long time neighbor to give me an extra quarter for the laundry machine and he did and then he asked if I can post an ad on craigslist for him because he saw me bringing people to look at my car that is for sale. He also has a car and his is 2005 Corolla.

After I posted the craigslist ad he asked if he can finish watching the new rental release I was watching and I let him watch with me and we were the only 2 in the house and things got a little bizarre.

He first asked me if I can go to clubbing with him and I said I don’t club and then he told me that he has a white girlfriend and he has sex often but from his behavior towards me it appears that is a lie and I made him leave before the movie was finished.
I knew this neighbor off and on for a few years and his friends also know me.
Before I made him leave he started with how his penis is larger than most Somali men and in my head I’m thinking “why would he tell me that” and I just threw in “Really”. I told him “I don’t want to keep rewinding the movie because I keep missing because you keep talking.” A few minutes later he said “Look, my **** is long isn’t it, and he was kept insisting that I look at the outline of it through his sweat pants and I didn’t look and just kept looking at the movie and he finally gave up. During the whole time I had some curiosity and wanted to ask him if he was gay but didn’t want to offend him and even if he was gay I didn’t mind but advances towards me such as showing the outline of his penis was very much unwelcome. He told me he has a porno movie and he went down to get it but I was expecting women to be in that movie but it was all men, it was a gay porno and he told me he found it on the floor in the building and I doubt he did. I took it out and put my movie back in.
I got up from sitting on the floor to sitting on the couch and he also got up and said he stretched his legs out on the couch and I told him “How am I suppose to sit, do you want my back leaning on your feet and I got up and sat in the other couch and he kept saying” No, no just sit just sit there” and I told him “I am not comfortable to sit there like that”
He kept asking me he just wants to see the porno movie for comedy purposes only but I doubt that.

I am glad he left peacefully because I did not want to get physical with him and force him to leave.
