I heard somewhere that the Catholic CHurch excersizes a lot more control then let on concerning the movie ratings, anyone got any info? (the more controversial, the better =))

Avatar Movie Transformation

I’d seen other people use this picture of Angelina Jolie before and decided to have a go. I had used this picture in the past to experiment as it was high quality and her face was a good clear canvas. I’ve done one more transformation using GIMP but it took me less than an hour to make and not much thought went into it, whereas with this one it took me a little over an hour. I’m not a huge fan of GIMP and it takes me some time to get used to some of the tools like iWarp but I wanted to have another go at this and I was extremely bored lol. The pictures at the end are of the different stages I went through to create the final product. Some I like better than others, and I suppose I could have shaped the ears but I completely forgot as I kept forgetting to refer back to my pic of Neytiri for reference. Anyway I hope you like it! I do not own any music in this video.

How can my husband adopt my children?

I was married for 9 years and I fianally got the nerve to divorce my abusive physically & mentally husband. We have 2 children together which he does not contact or support. I’m now remarried and my new husband is in the military and he wants to adopt. He is the one supporting the children and he is the father figure. He loves my kids as his own. The father has been in and out of jail for the last 3 yrs and only calls maybe every 6 months. I had told him if he signed adoption papers that he would be released of all ties but he won’t. He says “that would make me look like a bad dad” He is really messed up on drugs and says he wants to see his kids but makes no effort to change himsef or his life. He won’t get a job so he doesn’t have to pay child suppor, he lives with hi grandparents when he’s not in jail. He is 32 years old. I think he is back in jail again. I have full custody of them but if anything were to happen to me he would still get the kids since he is the bio dad.
