Question: How Legal is it for a person whose parental rights have been dissolved to continue to harrass.???
The question may seem trival at first glance….however, allow me to give background info. I had 2children young. My oldest and I; were both left with the emotional scars of serious psychological, physical, and emotional abuse. He had numerous problems with drugs which also goes hand and hand with the law. We later divorced; he has never paid child support or sent cards @ birthdays or Christmas!Last time he saw them was over 8 y. ago.I have remarried, happily for 6 years for 5 of those my husband adopted my children and has treated them as his OWN!!! My ex-husband has been in and out of prison for one thing or another. This year he was released. He has since, followed us in public places,…etc. Furthermore, when he had a new child he published MY MINOR children’s names as siblings!! To him this is a game!!! In the mean time My Children can’t sleep…..The oldest has been dx. with P.T.S.D..Seeing him again! What rights do we have? Where does this end??? Should we have to move?
If you want some true sacrifices, and are really seriosly, read below:
1. Contact your local police
2. Ask them about a witness protection program
3. If you agree to it then do it.
Witness protection programs are so where you are sort of born again. The police ushally make up that your family died (which is crussel but you gotta do what you gotta do) and you have to make up new names, move, and basically start a new life. The good part of this procedure is that he would NEVER find you. I gurentee it 100%. I had this done with me since I had a stalker too. Trust me, I know how you feel!
Just take my advice and you will be fine!

as an ex-con this dude disgust me he sounds like a real dirt bag who wasn’t taught a lesson inside like he should have been.anyhow first file a temporary restraining order on him if the police say it must be delivered to his person take it to the county parole office, seeing how that is your next stop you can call but going in person is better, either way contact the local parole office and ask to speak to his p.o. then explain the whole situation to him i can almost guarantee he wont be around long.also if you choose not to do the restraining order every time you feel the least bit uncomfortable around him or he steps onto your lawn call the cops.he will witther go back or the cops will ware him down.i hope it helps but by all means do something fast as long as he thinks he controls the situation he will get bolder
